Hillary Clinton is no friend of the First or Second Amendment to the Constitution. We already know that she seeks gun control and gun confiscation. But she would not hesitate to use government force to seek you to change your Christian faith. In a speech delivered April 23, 2015 to the Women’s World Summit she said “Laws have to be backed up with resources and political will. And deep-seated religious beliefs have to be changed.” Obvously, she expects God to change His Word to meet whatever laws she may desire to pass. My Bible says “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and forever.” Hebrews 13:8 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” John 1:1 I cannot see God changing His Word because of her views so those who are Christian should not have to change their beliefs either.
Now, Martin R. Castro, a Chicago Democrat named Chairman of the U. S. Commission on Civil Rights in remarks released Thursday in a report on “Peaceful Coexistence: Reconciling Nondiscrimination Principles with Civil Liberties” noted “The phrases ‘religious liberty’ and ‘religious fredom’ will stand for nothing except hypocrisy so long as they remain code words for discrimination, intolerance, racism, sexism, homophobia, Islamophobia, Christian supremacy or any other form of intolerance.” He went on to say “Religious liberty was never intended to give one religion domination over other religions, or a veto power over the civil rights and civil liberties of others.” Obviously, Mr. Castro was directing his remarks toward Christians. If he was directing it toward Muslims whose religion does not tolerate other religions we would be having a media outcry.
Our religious freedom is hanging in the balance, a vote for Hillary is an encouragement for her to move to do away with the First Amendment rights of Christians and the opportunity to practice your religion if you are a Christian. It is clear that the Democrat party would rather allow men to use women’s restrooms than to protect a Christian’s right to follow the Word of God. Trump has pledged to uphold religious freedom and to defend the First Amendment. It is clear to me that the choice is Trump!
